JPMorgan plans two-year buffered return enhanced notes tied to Russell

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 1 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due March 31, 2015 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 16% to 20%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the underwriter.
The notes (Cusip: 48126DZA0) will price March 25 and settle March 28.
