New Issue: Citi sells $350,000 three-year autocallables linked to S&P 500, Russell

Chicago, Nov. 27 - Citigroup Inc. priced $350,000 autocallable securities due Nov. 29, 2016 linked to the worst performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus a premium of 10.2% if each index closes at or above the initial level on the valuation date.
If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below the 80% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to losses of the worst performing index.
