New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1 million digital notes linked to Russell 2000, iShares MSCI EM

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 13 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1 million of 0% single observation digital notes due Nov. 21, 2014 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final basket level is greater than or equal to the barrier level, 85% of the initial basket level, then the payout at maturity will be par plus 7%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final basket level is less than the initial basket level.
