New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $509,000 callable Cert Plus notes linked to S&P 500, Russell

Chicago, Nov. 5 - Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $509,000 of 0% callable Cert Plus securities due Nov. 5, 2015 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are callable on Nov. 12, 2014 at par plus a return of 11.5%.

If the lowest performing index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the lowest performing index.

Otherwise, the payout will be par unless the lowest performing index finishes at or below the 75% trigger level, in which case investors will receive par plus the return of the lowest performing index.
