New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.35 million review notes linked to Russell 2000, iShares MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 15 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.35 million of 0% review notes due April 16, 2015 linked to lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 11% per year if each underlying component closes at or above its initial level on April 11, 2014, Oct. 10, 2014 or April 13, 2015.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of the lesser performing underlying component is less than its initial level by more than 20%, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the lesser performing underlying component declines beyond 20%.
