Credit Suisse plans to price Bares due 2016 linked to Russell 2000

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Jan. 28 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due Feb. 29, 2016 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment of 20% to 22%. The exact percentage will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.

The notes (Cusip: 22546TV73) are expected to price on Feb. 25 and settle on Feb. 28.
