New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $2 million notes linked to Russell 2000 with contingent fixed return

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 4 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $2 million of 0% equity-linked securities due Feb. 20, 2015 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the threshold level, 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be 113% of par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines below the threshold level.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the underwriter.
