Credit Suisse plans Cert Plus securities linked to S&P 500, Russell

New York, May 3 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% callable Cert Plus securities due May 29, 2015 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

A knock-in event will occur if either index closes at or below its knock-in level, expected to be 50% of its initial level, during the life of the notes.

If a knock-in event has not occurred, investors will receive the greater of the 24% to 26% fixed payment and the return of the lowest-performing index. Otherwise, investors will receive the return of the lowest-performing index.

The securities (Cusip: 22546TTH4) are expected to price on May 25 and settle on May 31.
