Credit Suisse plans 8.75%-10.25% callable yield notes on fund, index

Chicago, April 11 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 8.75% to 10.25% callable yield notes due July 25, 2013 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the Market Vectors Gold Miners Exchange-Traded Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The notes are callable on any interest payment date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either component falls to or below the 60% trigger level, in which case the payout will be par plus the return of the worse-performing component, up to a maximum payout of par.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on April 20 and settle on April 26.
The Cusip number is 22546TRD5.
