Credit Suisse plans 5.5%-6.5% callable yield notes on S&P 500, Russell

Chicago, April 11 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 5.5% to 6.5% callable yield notes due Oct. 30, 2013 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes are callable on any interest payment date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index falls to or below the 62.5% trigger level, in which case the payout will be par plus the return of the worse-performing index, up to a maximum payout of par.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on April 25 and settle on April 30.
The Cusip number is 22546TRB9.
