New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $4.25 million callable Cert Plus notes tied to S&P, Russell

Madison, Wis., Oct. 31 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch priced $4.25 million of 0% callable Cert Plus securities due April 30, 2014 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are callable in whole on July 31, 2013 at par plus a call return of 7.5%.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus the underlying return of the lower-performing index.

If the final level of an index is greater than its initial level, the underlying return will be fixed at 15%. If the final level of an index is less than or equal to its initial level and a knock-in event occurs, the underlying return will equal the index return. If a knock-in event does not occur, the underlying return will be zero.

A knock-in event occurs if the final level of either index is less than or equal to 70% of its initial level.
