By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Oct. 12 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $955,000 of 6.5% autocallable yield notes due Oct. 16, 2013 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes will be called at par if the closing level of each underlying index or fund is at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date.
