By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., March 10 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 11.25% callable yield notes due March 23, 2012 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the United States Natural Gas Fund, LP, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either the index or fund falls to or below its knock-in level - 65% of its initial level - during the life of the notes, in which case investors will receive par plus the return of the worst-performing component, capped at a maximum payout of par.

The notes will be callable at par on June 23, Sept. 23, 2011 and Dec. 23, 2011.

The notes (Cusip: 22546E2Q6) are expected to price March 18 and settle March 23.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
