New Issue: HSBC prices $400,000 of 13-month AMPS linked to Russell 2000 index

New York, June 25 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $400,000 of 0% Accelerated Market Participation Securities due July 28, 2011 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of 28%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the agent.
