New Issue: Barclays sells $1.45 million SuperTrack Digital Notes on Russell 2000

Philadelphia, Oct. 28 - Barclays Bank plc priced $1.45 million of 0% SuperTrack Digital Notes due Nov. 1, 2011 based on the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 12.2%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will be exposed to any decline beyond 30%.

Barclays Capital Inc. is the agent.
