New Issue: Barclays prices $1.05 million capped leveraged buffered basket-linked notes

Columbus, Ohio, April 23 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.05 million of 0% capped leveraged buffered basket-linked notes due April 27, 2026 linked to a weighted basket, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Russell 2000 index and the iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF, each with a 50% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of any basket gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,350 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
