New Issue: Barclays prices $1.63 million autocallable contingent coupon barrier notes on indexes, ETF

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, April 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.63 million of autocallable contingent coupon barrier notes due April 22, 2027 linked to the least performing of the Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index,, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 8% if each asset closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on the review date for that period, plus any previously unpaid coupon.

After one year, the notes will be automatically called at par plus the contingent coupon if each asset closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date.

If the notes have not been called and each asset finishes at or above its coupon barrier, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

Barclays is the agent.
