New Issue: Scotia prices $19.66 million autocallable Stars linked to Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, April 16 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $19.66 million of autocallable Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities due April 30, 2027 linked to the performance of the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus an annualized call premium of 12.52% if the closing level of the index is equal to or greater than its initial level on any yearly observation date.
If the notes are not called, investors will have full exposure to losses.
