New Issue: Citigroup prices $5.6 million autocallable barrier securities linked to two indexes, ETF

New York, April 9 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.6 million of 0% autocallable barrier securities due Sept. 30, 2026 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically at a premium of 20% if the worst performing asset closes at or above its initial value on March 26, 2025.

If the worst performing asset gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 365% of that asset’s return.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing asset declines but ends at or above its 70% final barrier and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines if it finishes below the final barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
