New Issue: Citigroup prices $875,000 8.5% autocallables linked to Nasdaq, Russell, S&P
New York, April 9 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $875,000 of 8.5% autocallable equity linked securities due Jan. 6, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The securities will be called automatically starting Jan. 3, 2024 at par if the closing level of the worst performing index is greater than or equal to its initial price on any monthly valuation date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing index ends at or above its 70% final barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
