New Issue: JPMorgan prices $525,000 uncapped digital barrier notes linked to Russell, S&P

Chicago, April 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $525,000 of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due July 6, 2028 linked to the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the worst performing index return and 63%. The payout will be par if the worst performing index declines but finishes above its 70% barrier and investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
