New Issue: Scotiabank sells $1.76 million buffered enhanced participation notes three indexes

Chicago, March 18 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $1.76 million of 0% buffered enhanced participation notes due March 8, 2027 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If all three indexes finish above their initial levels, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.54 times the return of the worst performer.

If the worst performer declines but finishes above 90% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
