New Issue: UBS sells $26.65 million autocallable enhanced trigger jump securities on three indexes

Buffalo, N.Y., March 15 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $26.65 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities with autocallable feature due March 13, 2029 linked to the performance of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus an 8.6% annualized call premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date after one year.

If each index finishes at or above its 75% maturity redemption level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 43%.

If the worst performer declines by more than 25% but finishes at or above its 60% downside threshold, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
