New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $575,000 0% dual directional buffered jump notes on indexes

Chicago, March 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $575,000 of 0% dual directional buffered jump securities with autocallable feature due March 10, 2026 linked to the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus 9.15% if all three indexes close above their initial levels on March 6, 2025.

If the worst performing index gains the payout will be par plus the worst performing index return.

The payout will be par plus 100% of the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines but by no more than the 25% buffer.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.

The securities are non-callable.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
