Chicago, March 4 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.93 million of 0% capped buffer securities due Feb. 12, 2026 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at 37.75%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index beyond 20%.
