New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $8.27 million 7.5% trigger callable yield notes on Nasdaq, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, March 1 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $8.27 million of 7.5% trigger callable yield notes due May 29, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes are callable at par on any monthly call date after three months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 65% downside threshold level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
