New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1 million callable contingent income buffered notes on indexes, ETF

New York, Feb. 23 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1 million of callable contingent income buffered securities due Feb. 19, 2026 linked to the Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 9%, paid monthly, if each underlier closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related monthly observation date.

The securities may be called at par on any quarterly call date.

At maturity, the payout will be par if the worst performing asset finishes at or above 80% of initial level.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing asset beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
