New Issue: JPMorgan prices $842,000 review notes linked to Nasdaq, Russell, S&P
Chicago, Feb. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $842,000 of 0% review notes due June 1, 2028 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically starting May 29, 2024 and on any subsequent semiannual review date at a premium of 14% per year if the worst performing index closes above its initial value on the successive determination dates.
The maturity date premium is 70%.
If the worst performing index ends above its 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
