New Issue: JPMorgan prices $545,000 autocallable buffered return enhanced notes on indexes
Chicago, Feb. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $545,000 of 0% autocallable buffered return enhanced notes due May 22, 2026 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically on May 28, 2024 at a premium of 15% if the worst performing index closes above its initial value.
If the worst performing index gains the payout will be par plus 190% of the worst performing index return. Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but ends at or above its 15% buffer and they will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
