New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.51 million autocallable contingent interest notes on two indexes

New York, Jan. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.51 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Jan. 2, 2025 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 9%, paid quarterly, if each underlying index closes at or above its 70% trigger level on the related quarterly observation date.

The securities will be called automatically at par on any quarterly review date if each index closes at or above its initial level.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless either index closes below its trigger level on any trading day during the life of the notes and either index finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the laggard index declines from initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
