New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 digital barrier notes linked to Russell 2000

Chicago, Jan. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due May 31, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index ends above its 70% barrier the payout at maturity will be par plus 7.85%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
