New Issue: Barclays prices $581,000 digital notes linked to Russell, Dow, Nasdaq

Chicago, Jan. 16 – Barclays Bank plc priced $581,000 of 0% digital notes due May 3, 2028 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 50%. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the loss of the least performing index, subject to a minimum payment of 95% of par.
