New York, Jan. 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.09 million of 0% uncapped dual directional buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 2, 2026 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains, the payout will be par plus 127.25% of the worst performing index return.

The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines by no more than 20%.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
