New Issue: JPMorgan prices $646,000 6.1% yield notes linked to Russell 2000

Chicago, Jan. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $646,000 of yield notes due April 30, 2025 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 6.1%, paid quarterly.

If the index gains or ends above its 15% buffer the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline in the index beyond its buffer.

The notes are non-callable.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
