New Issue: Citigroup prices $13.51 million 7.75% single observation ELKS tied to two indexes

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $13.51 million of 7.75% annualized single observation Equity Linked Securities due April 25, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of the lesser performing index is less than 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% loss of laggard index beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
