New Issue: JPMorgan prices $387,000 uncapped accelerated barrier notes on indexes

Chicago, Dec. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $387,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due April 26, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, S&P 500 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.653 times the return of the worst performing index.
The payout will be par plus if the worst performing index declines but finishes at or above the 70% barrier.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it ends below the barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
