New York, Dec. 12 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $3.42 million of market-linked securities –callable with contingent coupon and contingent downside due Oct. 29, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a quarterly contingent interest payment at the rate of 9.28% per year if each index closes at or above the coupon threshold level, 70% of the initial level, on the observation date for that period.

The notes will be callable at par plus the coupon on any quarterly observation date after six months.
