New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.16 million uncapped digital barrier notes on index, ETF

New York, Dec. 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.16 million of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due Dec. 9, 2026 linked to the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1 and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing asset ends at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of that asset’s return and 40.5%.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing asset declines but finishes at or above the 80% barrier and lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines if it finishes below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
