New Issue: JPMorgan sells $5.13 million barrier absolute return market-linked notes on Russell

Chicago, Dec. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.13 million of 0% barrier absolute return market-linked notes with daily barrier observation due Nov. 29, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

A barrier event will occur if the index closes above the upper barrier, 118% of the initial level, or below the lower barrier, 82% of the initial level, on any trading day during the life of the notes.

If a barrier event occurs, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1%.

If no barrier event occurs, investors will receive par plus the absolute value of the index return.
