Chicago, Dec. 1 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $626,000 of 0% trigger PLUS due Oct. 28, 2027 linked to the a performance allocation basket composed of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The allocation of the basket will be determined on the determination date. On that date, the best performer will be weighted 45%, the second-best performer will be allocated 40% and the worst performer will comprise 15% of the basket.
If the basket finishes positive, investors will receive par plus 1.2 times the basket.
If the basket declines but not more than 30%, investors will receive par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the basket.
