New Issue: JPMorgan prices $262,000 8.1% autocallable contingent interest notes on indexes

Chicago, Nov. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $262,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due April 17, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 8.1% paid monthly if the worst performing index closes at or above its 77% trigger level on the related valuation date.
The securities will be called automatically starting July 12, 2023 on a monthly review date if each index closes at or above its initial level.
At maturity the payout will be par unless any index closes below its trigger level, in which case investors will be exposed to the losses of the least performing index.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
