New Issue: Barclays prices $930,000 barrier digital plus notes linked to Nasdaq, Russell, ETF

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 21 – Barclays Bank plc priced $930,000 of 0% barrier digital plus notes due April 4, 2028 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of the least performing asset is greater than or equal to its digital barrier level, 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the least performing asset’s return and 60%.

If the final level of the least performing asset is less than its digital barrier level but greater than or equal to its barrier level, 60% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

If the final level of the least performing asset is less than its barrier level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least performing asset declines from its initial level.
