New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.6 million enhanced trigger jump securities on three indexes
New York, Nov. 14 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.6 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due Dec. 12, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index finishes at or above its 70% upside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.55%.
The payout will be par if the worst performing index ends below its upside threshold but at or above its 60% downside threshold.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
