New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.92 million 10% autocallables linked to Nasdaq, Russell, S&P
New York, Nov. 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.92 million of 10% autocallable equity linked securities due May 3, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
Starting April 28, 2023, the securities will be called automatically at par if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial level on any monthly valuation date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing index ends at or above its 65% final barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
