New Issue: JPMorgan prices $715,000 uncapped accelerated barrier notes on index, ETF basket

Chicago, Nov. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $715,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due April 5, 2028 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index with a 35% weight, the Russell 2000 index with a 35% weight, the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund with a 20% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 10% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.22 times any basket gain.

The payout will be par if the basket falls by up to 35%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline below the basket’s initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
