New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.33 million autocallable buffered return enhanced notes on Russell, S&P

New York, Oct. 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.33 million of 0% autocallable buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 23, 2026 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically on Oct. 29, 2024 at a premium of 15.75% if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial value.

If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of that index’s return.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines by no more than 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
