New York, Oct. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.44 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due April 3, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 10.5%, paid quarterly, if each underlying index closes at or above its 75% trigger level on the related quarterly observation date.
