New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.3 million contingent income securities on three indexes
New York, Oct. 18 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.3 million of contingent income securities due Oct. 18, 2028 linked to the Russell 2000 index, Nasdaq-100 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 8.9%, paid monthly, if each underlying index closes at or above its 80% coupon barrier on the related monthly observation date, plus any previously unpaid coupons.
If the worst performing index finishes at or above its 70% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
