New Issue: JPMorgan prices $506,000 0% buffered digital notes linked to indexes
Chicago, Oct. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $506,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due Nov. 16, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains or declines but by no more than its 10% digital barrier the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.5%. Investors will receive par if the index declines more than 10% but not beyond 30%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% the worst performing index declines beyond its 30% buffer.
The notes are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
