New Issue: Citigroup sells $300,000 equity-linked securities on S&P, Russell, Nasdaq

Chicago, Oct. 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $300,000 of equity-linked securities due March 28, 2025 tied to the worst performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes carry a coupon of 8.5% per year, payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index closes below 70% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
